Winter Mooring - 915 Park Ave

Winter Mooring is a spacious 2412 sq. ft., 4 bedroom home in the heart of Old Town Park City just steps from the Town Lift. The home underwent a complete renovation for the 2020 ski season and offers every amenity a family or group requires for a luxury ski vacation experience. There are two separate living room areas, each with a large screen HDTV and Sonos sound system, whole house high-speed wifi, and a well-equipped kitchen with a wet bar, ample counter seating, and a drip coffee maker. The four ensuite bedrooms are tastefully decorated with new furnishings, custom bedding, and wall-mounted HDTVs. The heated garage serves as the ski room, providing a large and comfortable space for everyone to get their ski gear on and off. At the end of the day, you can enjoy après ski beverages while relaxing in the large, private hot tub in the enclosed backyard.

New for the 2020/2021 season, we are implementing a best practice, enhanced cleaning, and disinfecting routine. Every horizontal surface in the home will be cleaned with a disinfecting product, ensuring the highest possible degree of cleanliness. In addition, we are not accepting same-day check-out/check-in reservations so that the house will be unoccupied for a minimum of 24 hours between the disinfecting routine and guest arrival.

ALL BEDS ARE MADE UP UTILIZING THE SUPER HYGIENIC TRIPLE SHEETING METHOD used by luxury hotels. This method ensures that the freshly laundered bedding that touches you has not been in contact with another person.

The home accommodates up to 11 people in two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a fourth bedroom equipped with a twin bunk over a queen bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area that opens up to twin bunk beds. Amenities include radiant floor heating throughout the home, a gas fireplace in the living room, a dining table that accommodates ten, ample vehicle parking, plus ski and boot storage in the heated garage. This property provides off-street parking for up to three vehicles on the heated snowmelt driveway - a very rare find in Old Town Park City.

Location, location, location. The most convenient in Old Town! The Town Lift is a block away, and the chairlift delivers skiers far above the congestion of the main base area. There is a ski valet and ticket office at the Town Lift, providing all of the mountain services you might require. You will be among the privileged few with a home base in Old Town who can access all the terrain the largest US ski resort has to offer without the hassle of dealing with the crowds and bustle at the main base area. 

The home is located on the flats of Old Town - no need to climb staircases and steep hills to get back home after a long day on the mountain or a night enjoying Main Street, where the shops and restaurants are just a block away from the house. In fact, there are more than ten restaurants within a stone’s throw, including Vinto (wood-fired pizza), High West (whiskey distillery and bar), Butchers (chop house), plus a sushi bar, a tapas restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant, and fine dining at Mustang.

The home is professionally managed, is impeccably maintained to the highest level, and is expertly cleaned and disinfected prior to guest arrival. We place an emphasis on creating a comfortable and relaxing environment that delivers a luxury guest experience throughout your Park City vacation. Finally, we will gladly work with you to make arrangements for all your extra needs both before your arrival and during your stay.

100% refund up to 48 hours after booking. 
After 48 hours the cancellation policy is as follows:
33% deposit due to reserve property. The deposit is 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
At 30 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.
From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival 50% refund 
At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is non-refundable in full.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for travelers to purchase.
In the event that travel insurance is not obtained by the guest, SkyRun can attempt to rebook the property, 
and we will refund any monies paid up to the rental value of the new booking.
For bookings made with 3rd party booking sites, like vrbo, airbnb etc, guests will have to initiate cancellation from the booking site.
3rd party booking site fees are subject to their own cancellation policies, and refunds for such fees must be requested from the 3rd party booking site.
SkyRun cannot refund 3rd party booking site fees.
